By using Pocket Vet you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Not veterinary advice

Pocket Vet provides informational guidance only and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional veterinary care. It cannot examine your pet or run tests. Always consult a licensed veterinarian, and in a true emergency contact an emergency vet immediately. You are responsible for decisions about your pet's care.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is via Google.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Plans & billing

Free tier includes a limited number of checks. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) unlock more.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo's terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds, taxes, and invoicing are handled by Dodo Payments per their policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that guidance is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Vet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
